Racing

Some days, the race is hard on us. We barely crawl across the finish line and pull the covers over our head. But we finish every race , having fought for the good. Knowing that we have kept believing, even in the face of adversity. Knowing that tomorrow, next week, next year we will race again. To fight, not just for ourselves but for our loved ones and our neighbours. Fight for those that cannot fight. This makes us all the heroes and victors of our own lives. And is what makes us human.
